John said that the faith were careful of Docetism.There was a heresy in the time.
Bible says that there is a holy war.Jesus is willing that the church,whom the gates of Hades will not overcome , is builded.
Paul say that the faith were careful of Jewish nomism.These are efforts of disciples.
I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock.
Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them.
So be on your guard! Remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears.

This matter arose because some false brothers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.
